E, logo a seguir, a conclusão do curso e o certificado de Técnico de Análise Laboratorial! oxigenada&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Encheu-se a bureta com a solução de &lt;strong&gt;permanganato&lt;/strong&gt; e colocou-se, num Erlenmeyer, 20 ml de &lt;strong&gt;água oxigenada&lt;/strong&gt; diluída (1:10) e 10 ml de &lt;strong&gt;água sulfúrico&lt;/strong&gt; também diluído (1:4).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Na titulação gastaram-se cerca de 30 ml de uma permanganometria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:courier new;"&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Primeiro, preparou-se uma nova solução de permanganato de potássio, a qual ficou alguns dias em repouso.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;a ácido para 25 ml de água desionizada), na presença de ácido sulfúrico 2 M (15 ml). Neste trabalho, determinámos a dureza cálcica através de uma volumetria de complexação, tendo como titulante uma solução de &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;color:#ff99ff;"&gt;EDTA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt; 0,01 M. Método de Charpentier-Volhard é um dos métodos utilizados em volumetria de precipitação e distingue-se dos restantes pela formação de um complexo corado e solúvel que dá cor à solução.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;No doseamento de cloretos num sal de cozinha, o precipitado que se forma (AgCl) resulta da junção da solução de cloretos a analisar com excesso solução-padrão de nitrato de prata, em meio ácido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Depois de filtrada a mistura, e de lavado o precipitado com ácido nítrico diluído, o filtrado e os líquidos de lavagem são recolhidos num Erlenmeyer.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;a href="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/5158/2938/1600/collage.2.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="CURSOR: hand" alt="" src="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/5158/2938/320/collage.2.jpg" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;É neste Erlenmeyer que se encontra o ião prata excedente que não reagiu com os cloretos e que vai ser titulado com solução-padrão de tiocianato de potássio, na presença do indicador sulfato de ferro e amónio hidratado. A ligação peptídica une dois aminoácidos resultando na formação de um dipeptídeo com a perda de uma molécula de água. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A cadeia polipeptídica possui um sentido orientado. O conhecimento sobre a estrutura das proteínas deve-se, em grande parte, a &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#990000;"&gt;Emil Fischer&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; (1852-1919), que verificou que estas são formadas pela condensação de muitas moléculas de a-aminoácidos através das referidas &lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#990000;"&gt;ligações peptídicas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A ligação entre duas moléculas de aminoácidos gera um dipeptídeo, da mesma forma que três moléculas de aminoácidos formam um tripeptídeo. Na altura, alertei-vos para a importância desta língua, cada vez mais universal. E disse-vos que o mais provável era mesmo virem a encontrar, de futuro, muitas situações idênticas às da nossa aula, não só durante o estágio mas também na vida profissional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mesmo a propósito, no Sábado passado participei no &lt;strong&gt;1º Encontro de Comunicação de Ciência em Portugal&lt;/strong&gt;, onde apresentei, juntamente com uma amiga, um poster acerca de um projecto de divulgação de ciência que estou a ajudar a desenvolver.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;&lt;a href="http://static.flickr.com/62/161904482_6df926e30b_m.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="WIDTH: 200px; CURSOR: hand" alt="" src="http://static.flickr.com/62/161904482_6df926e30b_m.jpg" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;Quando foi pedido que se elaborasse um poster em Inglês, achei logo um pouco estranho; mas estranho mesmo foi estar lá das 9h às 16h30 e passar horas e horas a ouvir apresentações orais sempre nessa língua, ainda que, à excepção de dois oradores estrangeiros, todos os outros fossem portugueses! Ah, e mais!, nos períodos de colocação e esclarecimento de dúvidas, bem como de debate de ideias, só se falava Inglês!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Por isso, meus queridos, não desvalorizem a disciplina de Inglês. Esta fita, que se vai desenrolando, encontra-se &lt;a href="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/5158/2938/1600/DSC00312.jpg"&gt;&lt;/a&gt;empregnada numa mistura de substâncias químicas indicadoras e possui uma cor amarelada. Ao ser mergulhada numa solução, adquire uma tonalidade que depende da concentração dos protões existentes na solução, ou seja, do seu pH. A vantagem destes aparelhos é a precisão que nos garantem, desde que bem calibrados. Por essa razão, foi necessário proceder previamente à calibração dos mesmos com duas soluções-tampão, uma de pH 4 e outra de pH 7. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;a href="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/5158/2938/1600/DSC00315.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="CURSOR: hand" alt="" src="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/5158/2938/320/DSC00315.jpg" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Os aparelhos electrónicos são compostos por um par de eléctrodos ligados a um medidor capaz de medir pequenas diferenças de potencial, da ordem dos milivolts. O valor do potencial obtém-se através da medida de potencial que um eléctrodo de vidro adopta ao ser mergulhado numa solução.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;p Viva do Parque das Nações. Várias são as exposições interactivas que nos esperam e que alguns de vós até já espreitaram no site do Pavilhão do Conhecimento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mas, simultaneamente, aguarda-nos outra visita interessante - a Cow Parade! É que algumas das vaquinhas estão expostas na Estação do Oriente e no Parque das Nações. Depois dessa, já outras duas palavras com 3 erros me passaram pelas mãos: &lt;strong&gt;OMOGENIO&lt;/strong&gt; (deve ser um génio qualquer que lava a roupa com Omo! Looool) e &lt;strong&gt;IPOTECE&lt;/strong&gt; (HIPÓTESE, para quem não tenha percebido!).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;E se não há duas sem três, também não há três sem cinco! E, depois de corrigir este último teste de AQ, juntei mais duas dessas palavras à minha lista : &lt;strong&gt;PERSIÇÃO&lt;/strong&gt; (palavra sem PRECISÃO alguma!) e &lt;strong&gt;DUZIAR&lt;/strong&gt; (DOSEAR... às dúzias, pois!).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Aqui fica, então, esta chamada de atenção - sem qualquer identificação dos autores, claro! - apenas para que todas estas palavras, tão frequentemente usadas em Química, sejam mais acarinhadas de futuro. Que é uma escola bem cuidada, limpa, bonita; que os funcionários são simpáticos, prestáveis e vos conhecem a todos; que as aulas são mais interessantes e não custam tanto a passar; que os professores são mais afáveis e se preocupam verdadeiramente convosco, com a vossa aprendizagem e o vosso bem-estar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;É muito bom saber que o esforço que nós, professores, fazemos diariamente - cada um em particular mas também no colectivo -, se sublima nesse orgulho que sentem pela EPED e no gosto recente que alguns de vós adquiriram pela escola e pelo estudo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Por isso, e porque não gosto de ver elogios guardados a sete chaves nas gavetas do esquecimento, não podia deixar de referir aqui, neste nosso cantinho, o quão orgulhosa fiquei quando, na 3ª feira passada, vos entreguei a ficha de exercícios de preparação para o teste e todos - sem excepção! - começaram a resolvê-la, concentrados e silenciosos! As células eucarióticas possuem um núcleo verdadeiro, bem delimitado e protegido por uma membrana nuclear. Dentro deste, estão suspensos os organelos celulares. A principal função dos retículos endoplásmáticos rugoso (com ribossomas) e liso (sem ribossomas) é, respectivamente, a síntese proteica e a síntese de lípidos e hidratos de carbono.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Mitocôndias&lt;/strong&gt; - Centro do processo respiratório da célula, onde ocorre a síntese de energia (ATP). O peróxido de hidrogénio elimina agentes nocivos, como o etanol, e mata alguns microrganismos. É composto por nucleoplasma, nucléolo, membrana nuclear e poros nucleares. São ricos em clorofila e responsáveis pela cor verde das plantas uma vez que é nos cloroplastos que se realiza a síntese de ATP e a fotossíntese.
